As the Sr. Manager, HR – US Growth , you will be responsible for bringing to life one of our most important Values at Kraft Heinz – “We Champion Great People.” In this role, you will drive all people related activities and programs for our US Growth organization. As a leader in the People Function, you will be responsible for leading efforts in talent development, people strategies, change management, organizational effectiveness, and driving a culture of ownership within the organization.
In this role you will have the ability to quickly create impact, but you will also be empowered, and expected, to bring long-term, strategic thinking and challenge the status quo in order to unlock value for our people and our business.
Serve as counsel, business partner, and advocate for the US Growth organization Leadership Team, employees, and business
Drive staffing plans with business leaders in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team
Lead talent processes including Talent Calibrations, Succession Planning, and Development Planning
Manage employee relations matters in partnership with business managers
Design optimal organizational structure to activate our Strategic Plan and enable people development, and unlock value through simplification and efficiency
Manage People Budgets to deliver on Annual Operating Plan financials
Manage a talented direct report
Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of progressive Human Resource experience
Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Proven track record of problem solving, simplifying the complex, and effectively driving change
Excellent communication skills with the ability to impact a broad audience
Understanding of business fundamentals
Strong project management skillset with a keen eye for detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
