AGENCY: 1736 Family Crisis Center operates programs for runaway and homeless youth, domestic violence/human trafficking victims and their children, veterans, and persons/families in crisis through residential and non-residential programs in various parts of the South Bay and Los Angeles.

We seek to hire a full-time 40 hours per week Clinical Supervisor.

Responsible for all clinical and administrative oversight of the South Bay and Los Angeles Out-Patient clinics.

Duties include:

-Collaboration with schools to ensure placement of student interns

-Interviewing, hiring, training, and ongoing supervision for all interns

-Provide weekly individual and group supervision to interns

-Review of phone screenings for potential clients and assignment to student interns

-Review of all clinical charts to ensure clinical and administrative compliance

-Assistance with preparation for audits

-Available for on-call crisis issues and clinical consultation from staff

-Provide training and ongoing supervision with DMH paperwork

-Participate in monthly Director’s meetings and other management meetings as needed

-Responsible for supervision of all residential therapists and ongoing communication with

other program staff

-Oversee operations of outpatient drug and alcohol abuse outpatient program

Qualifications:

Clinical Licensure for 2 years plus as an MFT, Social Worker or Psychologist.

Knowledge of Department of Mental Health paperwork is preferred
