Our state-of-the-art Call Center provides a variety of in-bound call support. Service and support agents take back-to-back incoming calls from customers utilizing both the U-Haul toll free 1-800-GO-UHAUL phone number and customers calling U-Haul Moving Centers across the U.S. and Canada. Agents assist customers who have an existing reservation or any current business with U-Haul. Answer questions about pricing, equipment, products, services, policy and procedure, and help customers change or cancel reservations and retain business.

Answer incoming calls and provide technical support and assistance with regards to existing reservations.
Receive and handle a large number of inbound calls daily.
We are seeking people that can “WOW!” our customers and continue to earn that customer’s loyalty.

Work from home – No commute.
Take incoming calls only – No outbound calls.
Three weeks of instructor-led paid training/education.
Hourly plus bonus. While calls related to new business are not directed to service and support, the agent may still potentially receive a call related to new business. If so the agent is still expected to help the customer and a monthly bonus is paid for every new reservation made. No sales goals are required.
Requirements for this position-

Basic keyboarding and computer skills.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Clear speaking voice.
General knowledge of U.S. geography.

Seasonal Position

Position is available through Labor Day, September 2, 2019.

Must be able to work at least 8 weeks after the initial education period.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week-No overtime.
Must be available to work holidays.
Schedules (All scheduled times are in Arizona time)

Five day work week with one day off during the week and one day off on the weekend. Pick from the following schedules:

6 AM to 2:30 PM
7 AM to 3:30 PM
8 AM to 4:30 PM
9 AM to 5:30 PM

Three weeks of instructor-led paid training/education. Week one is accelerated classroom education with an instructor. Week two and three are hands-on education in small groups with an instructor. After initial education work independently with additional continued education courses and counseling from the manager, assistant manager and team coach.

The following is required to work from home

You must have a quiet, private work area.
Dependent and child-care arrangements must be made as if you were working at a U-Haul site.
All work duties including education must be performed at your home address.
The following technical requirements must be met to work from home

Have a non-wireless USB headset with a microphone.
Minimum Internet speed requirements: 5MB down / 2MB up, or greater. Preferred Internet speed for a better experience: 10MB down / 5MB up.

Have a PC or laptop with Windows 7, 8 or 10 OS. Mac OS is permitted for most positions but Windows OS is preferred for a better experience.
Minimum RAM requirements: 8G of RAM or greater.
