Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) medical assistant in Leominster.

The Leominster Adult Outpatient Center provides strength-based individual and group therapy to adults, and couples age 18 and over. We offer integrated, whole person care with primary care, a wellness program, and behavioral health. The Leominster Counseling Center also offers specialized substance use disorder treatment. Our office based opioid treatment offers buprenorphine and vivitrol treatment and we have a Second Offender Alcohol Education program.

Triage adult behavioral health clients in Open Access clinic.

Work collaboratively as a member of the clinic's multi-disciplinary Open Access teams to coordinate the delivery of appropriate clinical and medical services.

Mange open access caseload and ensure that the records meets licensing standards.

Maintain data on Open Access activities.

Perform Open Access vitals (and others as requested), assist with prior authorizations.

Regularly attend supervision, multi-disciplinary team, all-staff and all other required program meetings.

Perform other related job duties

Grade 5: Medical Assistant I – Certification in Medical Assisting required

Grade 6: Medical Assistant II – Associates degree in Medical Assisting required

Must have at least 1 year of experience as a medical assistant

Proficient in data management and reporting

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Access and Excel
