Job Overview

VisionLTC is looking for a motivated, creative-thinking, problem-solver to work directly with the leadership of VisionLTC to achieve VisionLTC’s objective of rapid growth.

The Associate/ Associate Director will be asked to perform a wide-variety of tasks focused primarily on customer delivery and will be immediately responsible for the success of 20-30 client accounts with the expectation that their client portfolio will grow rapidly. Customer delivery tasks will range from working directly with Fortune 500 executives to supporting product implementation, to conducting analyses and preparing reports, to developing and conducting training programs.

VisionLTC is looking for a leader who is willing to enthusiastically tackle any task, no matter how big or small, and see it through to successful completion. It is our hope that the Associate/ Associate Director will grow with the company and could mature into one of the company’s leadership positions.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Associate/ Associate Director will be responsible for a wide diversity of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Client Success:
  • Work directly with senior housing executives to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Complete senior housing market analyses and prepare deliverables for clients.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct client meetings and training sessions.
  • Be the primary account manager for 20-50 client accounts.
  • Business Development:
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior housing industry executives to build the brand and customer base of VisionLTC.
  • Work with the CEO/COO to implement sales campaigns, as well as independently generate leads and new business for VisionLTC.
  • Operations:
  • Work with company executives to design company operations and internal systems and processes.
  • Develop and implement training sessions for various product-use-cases, and create collateral for external/internal use.
  • Data Collection & Analysis:
  • Create, implement and maintain datasets and metrics for use in the VisionLTC platform.
  • Assist the COO with data and metrics quality assurance testing.
  • Analyze senior housing trends and create reports/content for clients and prospects.
  • Marketing & Roadmap Development:
  • Work with company leadership to develop and vet ideas for new functionality.
  • Assist with creating content for VisionLTC’s marketing campaigns and website.

Qualifications

A successful Associate/ Associate Director will have the following qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including ability to create and maintain dynamic reports and templates, utilize dynamic named ranges, and lookups.
  • Passion for helping others succeed and grow, both clients and colleagues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially comfortable on the phone.
  • Strong analytical mindset and adept at problem solving.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable and flexible.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a curiosity to learn.
  • Excellent research and data collection skills.
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite beyond Excel, specifically Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working on cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leader, driven to take ownership, improve processes and deliver results.
  • Comfortable working with the leadership of large corporations on a regular basis.

Preferred Experience

A successful Associate/ Associate Director will similar experience to the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in professional setting.
  • Up to 3 years’ experience in a B2B client facing role; 4+ years preferred.
  • 1+ years’ B2B Sales Experience preferred.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel with the ability to create dynamic reports & templates.
  • VBA experience a plus but not required
  • Experience in supporting client delivery and working directly with the leadership of Fortune 500 companies.
  • Knowledge of the senior housing and/or real estate industries a plus.
  • Experience in site selection analytics a plus.
  • Finance background a plus.
  • Experience with GIS tools a plus.

Time & Location

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, ideally suited for an experienced professional looking to work for a growing technology company. This position will be based in Raleigh, NC with flexibility to work from home. The ability to regularly travel to and around Raleigh is required.

Since graduating, he has started VisionLTC while also co-leading the development of a $100M+ Senior Housing portfolio.

VisionLTC’s CTO, Grant Hamm, grew up in Raleigh, attended NCSU, and has worked for a wide range of technology companies in the area, including AWhere, Castle Worldwide, CareSolver, and E.E. Soft. In addition to founding VisionLTC.

VisionLTC’s Chairman of the Board, Steve Morton, has 30+ years of experience in the Senior Housing industry. Steve has worked as an executive for the industry’s largest companies and also founded Southern Assisted Living, Inc., which he grew to become the largest Senior Housing company in the state of North Carolina, with 40+ communities, before selling it to Brookdale Senior Living. In addition to co-founding

VisionLTC, Steve is currently co-managing the development of a $100M+ Senior Housing portfolio.

VisionLTC’s Senior Advisor, Steven Vick, has 25+ years of experience in the Senior Housing industry. Steven founded Sterling House, developing 100+ Senior Housing communities and ultimately becoming the largest Senior Housing company in the world via mergers, acquisitions, and development. Steven served as the CEO of Enlivant, a publicly traded Senior Housing company, and has developed more than $300M in new Senior Housing developments across the past decade.

Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
