As part of the Brand Content Experiences team, our interns can expect to gain all the valuable experience that goes with working and designing at a top-tier and award-winning design studio and will have the opportunity to work closely with designers and directors at different levels, for a variety of clients and projects. All candidates should have a passion for design in general and be comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. While the focus of the internship is environmental design, candidates should possess a holistic approach to design and have a sensitivity to Industrial, Graphic, and Audio/Visual Design.


Assisting a multidisciplinary, creative team (Environmental, Graphic, Industrial and AV)
Generating and visualizing design concepts for a variety of public-facing and corporate projects
Developing and documenting design standards
Assisting in the design and implementation of experiential events including tradeshows
Gathering materials/samples and generating mood boards
Building creative presentations showcasing the team’s work


We hire Environmental, Interior and Architecture majors who are highly skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Accurate, to-scale 2D and 3D drawing, modeling andpresentation skills are also a must (experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp is preferred). Ideally, candidates could demonstrate an understanding of, and experience designing branded environments, tradeshows and events. Experience in marketing and retail is also a plus

Communication Skills: Candidates must have strong presenting, verbal, written, and visual presentation skills. Successful applicants understand the value of design and brand within a design and business context
Project Management: As a team member, the candidate must have the ability to manage multiple streams of work towards a critical path (i.e., budget, time deadlines)
Design Planning: Ability to understand and translate brand and business strategies into production of successful creative assets
Team Skills: Successful applicants demonstrate a strong collaborative ethos and have the ability to inspire teams through collaboration as well as direction, vision and planning. The ability to relate to individuals and nurture talent also a requirement. We are a small team and we work fluently together to produce great results
Visual Design Sensitivity: Candidates for this position distinguish between “good” and “great”work and are able to nurture teams to deliver results
Digital Prototyping Skills: Successful applicants for this position understand that you succeed sooner by trial and experiment; understand that prototyping can be done at various levels of fidelity and have experience doing and leading that work


Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architectural Training or a related field; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply
