JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create sales orders for the lab analysis and chemical orders
-
Create sales orders from purchase orders for contracts
-
Release sales orders
-
Release milestones for contracts
-
Track milestones & make sure they are being completed on time
-
Enter carrier invoices into their portal
-
Send past due statements to analytical lab customers
-
Work with customer master team to keep customers information updated
-
Order office supplies for facility
-
Help when needed with HS&E and other miscellaneous projects

YOU MUST HAVE

High school diploma

3+ years of experience

Previous adminstrative experience in a fast paced environment

Excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and web-based programs
