The Google Technical Services Product and Tools Operations team maintains the close relationships with the Engineering and Product partners necessary to develop and improve Google’s products and internal tools. We are champions of the customer experience, advocating for feature requests and offering product improvements backed by data-driven insights. The Google Technical Services team plays a critical role in Google's success, supporting Sales teams, advertisers, and products that enhance business growth potential by consistently providing scalable product solutions, reliable information based on efficient, consultative analysis and timely communications.
As a Product Technology Manager, you'll partner with the Product Operations Managers, Global Sales Leads and Product Managers/Engineering to oversee the technical execution of Google's online advertising and platform products from design and conceptualization to testing and deployment to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.

Our team cares for customers by solving problems and scaling solutions, incubating new Google products, and sharing user feedback with internal teams to influence product development. Be responsible for the end-to-end incubation and implementation of alpha and beta products.
Provide technical implementation support to clients, including guidance on implementation feasibility of cross-product integrations.
Develop technical tools and documentation to expedite client implementation and improve product serviceability.
Collaborate with Engineering teams to test use-cases and commercialize solutions.
Provide product solution improvement and scaling opportunities to Product Managers and Engineering teams based on early customer feedback. Develop fast prototyping solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with HTTP, HTML, XML, DNS and TCP/IP.
Experience working with Unix systems and application development.
Experience with programming mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Experience in consulting, sales engineering, technical sales or field sales.
Developed understanding of relational database administration in MySQL or equivalent.
Ability to present technical materials to large audiences. Excellent communication skills.
