PSYCHED THERAPISTS:

We diagnose, treat, and offer individual, couples, and family psychotherapy to improve function and optimize the well-being of our clients. DESCRIPTION:
You provide remote/virtual therapy for clients for 10-30 hours per week. You choose your hours, when you practice, how you practice, and with who you practice. You create an initial assessment and treatment plan as well as a progress note for each session. You get paid $50-$93/session. We do the rest!
What Psyched does? The Psyched Group supports you to function as the best therapist you can be for your clients giving you the time, space, energy and freedom to do what you do—practice therapy! We provide full insurance credentialing and re-credentialing, marketing to fill your caseload, insurance billing, client payments, general administrative support, phone support, scheduling, easy-to-use EMR, supervision, best practices coaching, and other support too long to mention.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You are a state licensed mental health clinician (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Ph.D).
- You are licensed in MA, RI or NH.
- You have 3+ months of post licensed experience.
- You carry malpractice insurance.
- You practice a wellness mindset and embrace a holistic alternative philosophy.
- You welcome community, connection, care, fun and value.
- You understand wellness from a body-mind-soul perspective.
- You love autonomy and able to work independently.
- You want to connect, grow and foster your own wellbeing in mutual support of Psyched therapy team.

- Grow as we Grow. We pay you on a tiered percentage of all collections. ($50 - $93/hr). Our top therapist earned $102,000/year averaging 27 hours/week in 2021. Average therapist does $82,000 for 24 hours/week. Work smart, not hard. Balance life means quality care! You can make $125,000+ but we don’t recommend it!
- Flexible Schedule. Choose your time.
- Health Insurance Stipend. We help pay your health premium up to $300/month for therapists averaging 21+ hrs/week.

- Professional Coaching. If you’re not growing then they’re not growing. A Psyched Wellness Counselor/Coach ensues your growth every step of the way on your private practice journey so you can model the best self you are. You’re human. Along your growth path, personal blocks at times will inhibit professional progress. Burn out. Fears. Lack of clarity. Doubts. These are some things that hold therapists back from offering their best care to self and others. (1 hr/month)
- Clinical Supervision. We have online group peer supervision (or in-person) so you are not alone nor liable. Let’s do quality care together. (formally once/month and on-call as needed).
- Optional Fun. Once per quarter you’ll have the opportunity to join the group for fun activities. We get together for dinners, holidays, mountain hikes, beach events, and more.
- Yoga. Join in our weekly virtual yoga class…or not.
- Daily Meds. 2x/week we start (and end) our week with a 15 minute meditation to cultivate the positive mindset and ensure safeguards against burnout.
- Free “Weekend Wellness” Breaks. Once per year you’ll have a free weekend wellness stay at the Psyched Beach House Retreat in Narragansett, RI or Psyched Mountain Home Retreat in Brenton Woods, NH.
- $1,000 Sign-on Bonus. For qualifying therapists seeking full time hours we offer a bonus to helping you make the bridge from your current income situation to a private practice lifestyle you’re Psyched about!
- Group Practice Ownership. After five years of learning the ropes of developing an awesome practice for yourself under our secure Psyched umbrella you’ll have the option to buy into The Psyched Group as owner of your group practice location.
