Title: Project Specialist
Location: Virtual/Remote - 10-20% travel
Salary: Up to $38/hour
Hours: 7a-330p
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
Team member must be able to work remotely, with periodic site visits as required. When on site must be work in a team oriented, safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, adherence to all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
Must have working knowledge of the following: food grade processing equipment, grain/oil seed handling equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic systems etc. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and SAP CMMS
Review equipment specifications, vendor manuals, P&IDs and engineering information from project manager.
Review business unit files for like assets, spares, PMs, PdMs and work plans.
Develop Bill of Materials (BOM), Equipment Maintenance Strategies (EMS) and work procedures in the SAP CMMS.
Populate reports on progress of equipment BOMs, EMS and CMMS documentation, by asset class and specific assets as required.
Develop Proactive (PM) and Predictive (PdM) work procedures using the EMS and OEM manuals for fixed and rotating assets as required.
Coordinate preferred vendors and equipment vendors to build out recommended spares inventory by asset.
Provide project manager with final SAP CMMS recommendations and enter as requested.
Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.

Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.
Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.

Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience with industrial equipment maintenance planning and CMMS (preferably SAP) 5 years’ experience in industrial setting for projects and safety
Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30 hour preferred but not required

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold, wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
