GDIT is looking for a talented Service Now Engineer to collaborate, innovate and lead the delivery of Service Now to the client. We are searching for a Senior Key Lead to design, plan and execute the rollout of Service Now across a large enterprise.

The team is looking for the best candidate to provide technical leadership to the delivery teams. They will work closely to advise and educate the customers on integration of tools and structure of process flow. They will be the lead to guide implementation on a

high impact organization developing solutions and extending the platform migrating away from legacy ITSM tools.

Education: BS degree

Specific Years of Experience - 10+ years of experience as a system developer - 7+ years of experience with design, development, and integration of ITSM platforms - 4+ years of experience with Service Now

Required Experience - Experience managing ServiceNow in a multi-client environment

- Lead on one or more implementations of Service Now

- Experience with ITSM platforms including Remedy and Siebel - Must be capable of leading small workgroups - Experience integrating ServiceNow with Splunk - Experience creating and leading the execution of a ServiceNow roadmap - Familiarity with Agile development and ITIL processes - Strong communication skills written and oral - Must be an independent self-starter

Desired - Experience in Information Security - Experience working in or for a SOC - Experience working in or for a MSSP

Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or 10 years equivalent experience

Role & Responsibilities - Manage and maintain the ServiceNow system - Collect and incorporate business requirements into a ServiceNow roadmap - Lead execution of the ServiceNow roadmap to maintain alignment between ServiceNow and the business needs of the client

- Experience with DevOps software (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc)

Job Description - Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs

Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract

Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research,

development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions,

such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas.
