Job Description
SEMCOR is a leading distributor of conveyor belting and many other products. We seek an individual to take on outside sales duties for a combination of established and prospective accounts. We are privately owned and have been in business since 1907. We are financially stable, pursuing growth and need top talent to meet our objectives. You will be responsible for meeting onsite with customers to support and generate new sales and troubleshooting a variety of customer concerns.
Requirements
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and maintain a high energy level is critical to success in this position. Other requirements include:
- Previous outside sales or account management experience and successes with conveyor belting
- Prior experience in belting fabrication is preferred
- Mechanical aptitude that can be applied toward learning technical details about our products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preference will be given to applicants with past employment with an industrial distributor of conveyor belting
