Come join our Venice Family Clinic team as a Courier. With guidance and direction from the Facilities Manager, the courier will be responsible for operating Venice Family Clinic vehicles in order to transport medical records, pharmaceuticals, donations mail, small IT equipment, and special bulk deliveries to and from Venice Family Clinics, South Bay Family Health Care Clinics, and off-site 3rd party locations. Qualifications
Required: * Must possess a valid California Class C Driver’s License; must have no license restrictions other than for corrective lenses. * Ability to participate in the UCLA DMV Pull Notice system. * Ability to effectively schedule duties, tasks and activities. * Ability to perform basic record keeping duties, and e-file alphabetically and numerically. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments. * Ability to move for prolonged periods of time and ability to move objects up to 50 pounds. * Good oral communication skills to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, and physicians. * General knowledge of medical terminology, PC, fax, copier, postage machine, and office procedures.
