What You’ll Do:
- Deliver a high-quality food and ensure top-notch customer service.
- Maintain and exceed revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
- Oversee both front and back of the house operations.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff, including Cooks, Wait Staff, Hosts, and Dishwashers.
- Ensure compliance and help to exceed health and safety regulations.
- Lead by example and support our team during busy times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven management experience in both front and back of the house.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage dining room operations and optimize seating capacity.
- “Hands on” back of the house experience and kitchen management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
