Solutions Engineer

Transform, Inc, an emerging leader working with enterprise customers to optimize revenue via it’s predictive analytics engine, is looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to provide pre and post sales support for our rapidly-growing customer base. This individual will have experience selling to C suite, marketing managers, and technical managers. They will be responsible for developing technical relationships with prospects, and will work with sales and product development as we define, document, and communicate solutions to meet customer business needs. The Solutions Engineer will act as a resource for sales and account management, and will work closely with other functional departments within the company.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by helping to create and document solutions, prepare and deliver presentations, and create statements of work by matching specific client business requirements with effective technical solutions
Educate prospects on product details, implementation processes, and answer technical and security questions
Participate in consultations and/or product capability assessments with prospects
Create relationships with key decision makers and serve as external technical spokesperson
Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the industry to stay aware of trends, issues and competition with a focus on BI and machine learning technologies that can drive revenue and marketing optimization
Influence the product roadmap by identifying market trends and gathering feedback from prospect customers

Post-Sales Responsibilities:
Work directly with customer contacts to train, troubleshoot, and provide support as needed
Provide customer feedback to internal executive and development teams to influence roadmap planning
Work cross-functionally within the organization and with external partners as needed

Technical background with customer facing experience
Proven ability to work in a start-up environment in a rapid growth phase
Passionate commitment to quality and success
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Ideal candidate has some combination of sales, marketing, data management, and software development experience
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel occasionally
Experience with BI tools
