Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to join our team. As the CIO and equity partner of XMG, you will play a pivotal role in driving our investment strategy and ensuring the financial growth and sustainability of our IT, entertainment, and sports management projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Strategy: Develop and execute investment strategies to support the company's growth and long-term sustainability in IT, entertainment, and sports management sectors.
- Capital Raising: Lead efforts to raise capital for various projects, including developing investor relations and securing funding from venture capitalists, private equity firms, and other investors.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the company's investment portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with strategic goals.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to optimize financial performance across all projects.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with investments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
- Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.
- Strategic Decision Support: Collaborate with the executive team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing investment team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
- Proven experience as a CIO or in a similar investment leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and investment management.
- Strong understanding of IT, entertainment, and sports management industries is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial growth.

Compensation:
The position offers company or project equity, depending on experience, leading to an annual scaled salary position. This allows a fair assessment of the skill set.
