What You’ll Do

You love churning through contracts and being creative. The ideal candidate for this opportunity wants to be part of quickly growing commercial organization and will ensure all aspects of the sales process stay on track and can demonstrate difficult concepts through design. Nothing gets dropped under your watch.

Document sales activities, circulate call notes, provide internal communications on sales
Design sales collateral (videos, brochures, website copy)
Work closely with the CEO
Lead contract lifecycle: proposal generation, legal negotiation, onboarding implementation
Serve as GK’s sales process creator, analyst, and optimizer
Create investment pitch decks
Who You Are
You are process oriented, a bonus to have CRM system knowledge and reporting capabilities
You are creative and have experience in Adobe products or similar tools
You have excellent organizational follow through, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

This position is work remote friendly.
