Responsibilities:
- Scanning barcodes and working a POS
- Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling and preparing food items
- Operate the Aloha POS system to input orders accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to be punctual and friendly
- Time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours

Training lasts for approximately 1 week and is paid at 20/hr. Once training is over you can expect hourly plus tips to be around 24-27/hr
