Scuf Gaming International, LLC, is looking for a passionate and dynamic full-time Marketing Specialist who will work with the Marketing team to optimize our customer engagement through events and new retail chains. Execute retail channel marketing duties as directed by the Director of Partnerships and CMO
Build and establish cross-functional relationships with both internal and external contacts to achieve desired results for in-store promotes, retailer sites, events, mobile and international experiences
Analyze retail sales results and provide recommended improvements and/or modifications
Assist Partnership Director with event planning and preparing marketing plans for eSports tournaments and industry events
Coordinate and oversee the development of in-store merchandising, signage and fixtures/displays at the retailer level to ensure that all merchandising is within brand guidelines
Interface with several functional support areas within organization (Product Management, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, etc.) to ensure cross-divisional support and alignment
Review brand and merchandising messaging and tactics to ensure that they comply with overall channel strategy and make recommendations on improvements for a better customer experience.
Assist in retail projects such as campaign briefing and proofing direct mail/ecommerce communication a in-store marketing communications
Generate and track weekly/monthly business results; understanding the impact of the partnership and reporting back to the business
Provide project management support for all Retail Marketing initiatives
Brainstorm and contribute to the quarterly in-store marketing strategies; create and maintain necessary documents
Manage marketing calendars and timelines on an ongoing basis
Communicate regularly with external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
Execute department presentations including event plans, marketing initiatives, and recap documents

2 to 5 years of experience working in marketing required
Experience with retail channel marketing, vendor relations, and/or event planning at a corporate level preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively
Flexible to adjust schedule as needed
Able to travel up to 50% to eSports/industry events and to retail channel locations
Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong editing skills
Highly creative and process-driven
Understands resource limitations and able to communicate challenges
Ability to interface with all levels of management
Excellent software skills (Microsoft, G-Suite, Calendar programs, Meshfire, Tweetdeck, etc.)
Understanding of and excitement for the eGaming industry highly preferred
