Full Time

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the Cardiopulmonary, EKG, EEG and Hyperbaric departments. Works collaboratively with administrators, department managers, key staff members and physicians in identifying opportunities for improvement. Develops positive relationships with external customers including skilled nursing facilities, managed care organizations, third party payors and community resource providers. Performs diverse financial and administrative duties to support the activities of the department and organization.

Current FL license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
Bachelor of Science or currently enrolled in program to attain Bachelor of Science (degree must be earned within two (2) years of accepting position)
Current BLS Certification
Working knowledge of theory and application of clinical and diagnostic respiratory therapy and pulmonary function, principles of performance improvement, information management, resource management and statistical data analysis.
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and written/oral communication skills with the ability to promote positive working relationships
Minimum five (5) years experience in respiratory care supervision/management
