Hours: Full-time 8AM - 5PM or 9AM - 6PM

Responsibilities For Non-Profit Customer Support:
  • Assist families and programs with assistance and support through the hotline, email service, and chat function
  • Be aware of required response times for tickets to ensure all deliverables are being met
  • Prepare usage, trends, and other activities reports
  • Become proficient with remote assistance/screen sharing to assist families as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements For Non-Profit Customer Support:
  • 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Early Child Development, Human Development, Early Child Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Services, or related field liberal arts degree
  • US Citizen
  • If you have a degree, but not in that field, you can have strong volunteer or social work experience
