Lung and Sleep Specialists of North Texas, a medical specialty clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Practice Manager to lead a very busy and dynamic private practice. The position is full time (40-50 hours per week) with the primary location in Weatherford. Our practice offers pulmonary, sleep, critical care, DME and other ancillary services.

The Practice Manager role is very significant in that he/she is a direct representation of our organization. This manager will ensure that the organization maintains the highest level of professionalism, productivity, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. It is our top priority to ensure not only that our new Practice Manager is a great fit for our company, but also that our company is a great fit for our new Practice Manager. We are seeking:

- Manage billing, posting, coding, and collections

-Previous experience with an independent private specialty practice is strongly preferred.

-Pulmonary and Sleep experience preferred

Oversee Front Desk and Back Office operations, personnel management and scheduling

- Oversee Accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Primary point of contact/coordinator for all vendors and account representatives

- Follow all human resources employment laws and payroll requirements

- Maintain and foster an environment conducive to teamwork, positivity, encouragement, and productivity

- Bachelor's degree or higher (exceptions may be considered if applicant's experience is very strong)

- Master's degree preferred but not required

-E-Clinical experience a plus

- Experience directly supervising and managing both clinical and clerical staff

- Knowledge of current medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT coding practices

- Strong financial background

- EMR/EHR experience

- Proficient in MS Office (notably, Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Familiarity with QuickBooks
