Summary

Noland’s Roofing is a company that specializes in roofing, gutters, siding and window. We are looking for a highly-motivated, honest, and capable Roofing Sales Specialist to join our team.

As a Roofing Sales Specialist with Noland’s roofing, you will be responsible for managing and pursuing sales leads for exterior projects including roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. We will provide you with the tools to succeed, but the limits of your success will be contingent on your own motivation and initiative. This is a full time commissioned sales position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Pursue roofing, siding, windows, and gutter sales leads as assigned
  • Contact leads, schedule appointments, provide estimates, and collect down payments
  • Document all sales activities using Dataforma software
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Act as the point of contact for customers throughout construction projects
  • Communicate with sales manager, office personnel, and all management
  • Generate your own leads during down time
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Pick up final payment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in roofing or exterior remodeling
  • Must be willing to walk a roof and be physically capable of doing so
  • Knowledge of CertainTeed, or Simonton windows preferred

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and willing to take initiative. We are looking for someone who can commit to appointments and manage multiple leads. Most importantly, the Roofing Sales Specialist will contribute positively to the culture and success of Noland’s Roofing.
