Ability in pastry technique is required. The ideal candidate has an always learning mindset and enjoys perfecting a routine. Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary. This is a volume production environment where executing established recipes within a production schedule to reach pars is the key to success. This company has multiple departments that must function well together in order to deliver one of the industry’s leading Italian food destinations to the customer base Cossetta’s has been building for over a century.
