Client Relationship Manager
Beck Bode LLC is looking for Client Relationship Manager to join our Operations Team in Newport, RI. The Client Relationship Manager will work in conjunction with the Newport Office, Dedham headquarters, and assigned Financial Advisor to deliver exceptional service and support to the clients of Beck Bode LLC. This position is accountable for proactive client service, client advocacy, transition management, and problem resolution to improve the client experience. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, detail oriented, tech savvy and capable of managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities
- Client contact management, direct client contact and the management of service operations in Newport Office
- Overall delivery and management of the client service experience matrix
- Ability to monitor, assess, execute and address client needs in an effort to ensure overall service satisfaction, retention and acquisition
- Prepare all custodian paperwork for new & existing clients / accounts and interface with custodians to ensure accurate set-up and assets are transferred into Fidelity
- Perform account administration and daily service requests for accounts including – Move Money Request, Beneficiary Updates, RMD Request, etc
- Establish, maintain, and update confidential CRM software for firms’ clients
- Completing ad hoc assignments and projects as needed by Financial Advisor
- Calendar & Email Management as assigned by Advisor
- Liaison to various service and operational partners to drive client satisfaction opportunities within the firm.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Experience with Fidelity and Wealthscape is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing and interest in learning various software applications –Black Diamond, E-Money, Money Guide Pro, Junxure, etc
- Strong computer skills including Word, CRM Software, Outlook, Docusign
- Must be organized and have a strong attention to detail; ability to multitask
- Investment product knowledge (i.e., 401K, Options, Annuities, Tax, Retirement Plans, Money Funds, Mutual Funds, Liabilities, Margin, Trust Operations, etc.)
- Desire to have fun while working (We like to have fun!)
This is a full-time, IN OFFICE position, downtown Newport, RI.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
