Oversees the forecasting and budget process for St. Christopher physician practices. This includes analytical research of historical data as well as projected impact of new or changing services. The analyst will work closely with the administrative team, department directors and managers to ensure department specific staffing revenues and expenses are reasonable and achievable. This role will oversee the Financial Analyst position. This role will also assist in various other tasks, including but not limited to: month end close process, balance sheet reconciliations, corporate analysis, SOX compliance. This role will also oversee the process of maintaining the physician compensation plan and incentive payment calculations.

Financial modeling experience, physician whitepapers, proforma, financial modeling
Training & Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years. Preferable in a physician practice setting.
