We’re looking for a full-time eCommerce Coordinator to join our Amazon team in Huntington Beach, CA.

eCommerce Coordinator:

As eCommerce Coordinator, you will take primary responsibility of the eCommerce Coordinator is to partner with the current eCommerce teams on both named accounts (primary role) and other portfolio accounts (secondary role) to drive their business. In this role you will be working hand-in-hand with our brand partner, ecom and advertising teams to ensure excellence in catalog quality, resolution of account issues and learning the basics of what it means to do business with Amazon proficiently.

The Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year professional experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable working with others and enjoys a collaborative work environment
  • Be bold. Not afraid to present a new approach/idea with thoughtful analysis and insight
  • Past experience in an agency or retail-based brand is preferred
  • Appreciate ambiguity and thrive in complex situations
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote required.
  • Proficiency using Basecamp, ChannelAdvisor, BigCommerce, Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Support named accounts with:
  • Catalog management/audits
  • Creation & execution of promotional calendar
  • Assist with forecasting & inventory management
  • Cases creation, follow-up and successful resolution
  • Advertising reporting
  • SEO, keyword research & implementation
  • Own ongoing project calendar
  • Collect brand assets and partner with creative on execution of Brand Stores, A+, etc.
  • Work with 3rd party data providers and services to collect and analyze industry trends
  • Support other portfolio accounts with:
  • New account and new item set-up on behalf of brand partners
  • Assist current teams with data projects and analysis
  • Complete audits & content updates
  • Ad-hoc account needs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $35.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Amazon Seller Central: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Excel: 1 year (Required)
  • SEM: 1 year (Required)
