Well known established company is currently looking for a Bench General Manager to oversee all the storefront responsibilities, while leading a team towards growth and development. Ideally this person would have experience as a GM and come with a tenured background. This role does require someone to be hands on in any capacity, as well being able to flex their schedule. As a General Manager you will contribute to the success of the company by managing and leading all operations and personnel to create and maintain an elevated guest experience.

Leadership Attributes:
- Leads the team in building guest connections and world class hospitality
- Supports and works in the kitchen and manages the production process to ensure quality products are delivered
- Manages all business goals (staffing (payroll), operating expenses, and budgets)
- Manages the development & training of all employees
- Ensures proper safety procedures are being followed and maintains a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with health department standards
- Understand and creates partnerships to grow the business and brand
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of senior managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service and/or retail industries
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or hospitality management, preferred
- Ability to work in multiple regional locations
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds

In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $75,000 and $80,000 per year. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
