Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of human resources functions, including recruitment, retention and HR system management, with oversight from the Director of Human Resources. The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate recruitment process from ad placement through onboarding.
- Support benefits administration processes and address employee inquiries
- Assist in training development, initiatives and programs. Coordinate and conduct trainings on various topics.
- Collect and maintain HR data for reporting and analysis
- Perform administrative functions for department such as filing, preparing communications, etc...
- Utilize HR systems such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, and lever for data entry and reporting
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- Prior experience in HR coordination or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and HR software applications such as Workday, ADP, Kronos
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
