Job Summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Paralegal to join its growing Legal team. This position will report to the VP, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, and will further work collaboratively with other members of the Legal team including the General Counsel. Key responsibilities include:

Managing legal and corporate documents and files
Assisting with the integration of systems and controls between two recently merged companies
Supporting Mergers & Acquisitions transactions including diligence activities and document processing
Processing law firm invoices and other legal billing
Maintaining working knowledge of all e-resources used by legal department
Assisting with new initiatives, such as building centralized repository of material contracts and amendments, training activities, litigation tracking and corporate policy tracking
Supporting individual attorney projects as requested

Enthusiastic self-starter looking to meaningfully contribute to a growing organization
Undergraduate or other relevant degree
A minimum of five years’ experience as a paralegal in a large company legal department or law firm
Team player adept at collaborating effectively with colleagues in non-legal roles (accounting, tax, human resources and insurance)
High degree of poise and professionalism, including the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and be flexible
