Under limited supervision, responsible for executing technical activities related to the implementation of new systems, and production-support of existing systems used by Patient Access, Business Office and Health Information Management. Interfaces with Business Users, Functional Analysts, and Project Managers to identify and document business requirements.
Job Requirements: IT experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience supporting Revenue Cycle applications within healthcare environment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and business process development skills.
Experience in problem analysis, alternative solution identification and recommondation presentation.
Experience researching, evaluating and analyzing business requirementsand new computer methods, applications, procedures, and techniques.
