Belly Dump/End Dump Truck Driver - CDL Class A Bobwhite Energy Services, LLC - Victoria, TX
EXPERIENCED CLASS A CDL TRUCK DRIVERS NEEDED Bobwhite Energy Services, LLC is currently seeking qualified Belly Dump/End Dump Drivers for our yard in Victoria, TX
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pre and post trip truck and trailer inspections in accordance with federal and state laws, following standard company procedures. Reviews last inspection report and verifies completion of required maintenance and repairs. Advises Truck Pusher of necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing duties. Use of PPE to include, but not limited to: FR clothing, hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, gloves, and H2S monitor as required or needed.
- Accurately complete paperwork to include pre and post trip inspection forms, DOT driver logs, driver tickets, JSA’s and any other paperwork as required.
- Following guidelines and policies set by both Bobwhite Energy and our Customers.
- Must immediately notify Bobwhite Dispatcher of all accidents or spills.
- Maintaining excellent customer service skills with Customers, Dispatchers and fellow employees.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Must have a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement and a motor vehicle record that meets Bobwhite Energy fleet insurance requirements.
- Must have a current DOT medical card.
- Must have two (2) years’ fulltime verifiable experience operating a belly dump/end dump or vacuum tractor – trailer in a DOT-regulated environment.
- No more than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Able to drive truck on lease properties and highways.
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as background check.
- Able to pass an in-truck driving test.
- Follow driving directions and efficiently drive to oilfield leases and well locations.
- Have the ability to fluently read, write, and speak in English.
- Basic knowledge of oilfield well servicing.
- Must be at least 23 years old
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work variable schedules/shifts and long hours in all types of weather conditions.
- Able to safely climb ladders and walk on top of tanks and trailers.
- Able to sit; stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste or smell; and talk or hear.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
