A key member of our front desk "Member Experience Associate (MEA)" team is our Lead MEA. This position assists your fellow MEA team members in their role including the importance of having our studio always look, sound, smell and feel professional and welcoming and that it is up to our brand standards to ensure the best member experience possible. The Lead MEA will work with the MEA team to guide them operationally to make sure they understand the importance of the member experience and in paying special attention to the overall studio appearance including bathroom facilities, laundry area, and hot yoga room.
If you are professional, diligent in carrying out your tasks, and comfortable providing support to serve as a leader and mentor of the MEA team, we would love to hear from you! As Lead MEA, you will work closely with our Studio Manager to learn new functions of the studio in regard to operations, sales, retail and admin which are all geared towards making our studio run efficiently and successfully. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who is confident in being a role model to others and assisting in training and onboarding new team members and wants to develop a management skillset.
Some Key functions of this role:

Learn and develop a solid understanding of all aspects of the MEA role in order to offer support and guidance to the MEA team

Emphasis on customer experience and making sure the member experience and new guest experience are exceptional
- Lead the in-studio sales and new member onboarding processes to drive revenue

Lead and execute the retention process geared to increase the length of stay for our members

Focus on the importance of maintaining a clean, well-stocked and cared-for facility

Have a growth mindset necessary to learn and grow as you develop your skills

Accept challenges with a positive attitude and professional demeanor

Handle member concerns in a respectful, objective manner with the goal of resolution

Responsible for quick and efficient yoga room turnover in between classes
This is an hourly, full-time position (30-40 hours per week) and we have several shifts within our studio. For this role, having Open Availability is required to be considered as a Lead MEA.
