TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Salary varies based on placement within the Non-Certified Compensation Schedule (pay range between $31,296-51,984 depending on [directly related] work experience and/or level of education). Full Time employment equivalent to 12 Months/225 work days (Work Calendar A). Part Time employment can vary based on availability of up to 20 hours per week.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Starting salary varies based on placement within the Compensation Schedule.
Starting Range: $30,385 - $50,470 commensurate with experience, education and training. Full Time employment equivalent to 12 Months/225 work days.
- This is a fully remote position. Hours: 9am-5:30pm M-F
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Full-Time employees receive benefits to include:

JOB SUMMARY:

In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, fostering meaningful connections with individuals aged 18-21 who harbor aspirations of earning their high school diploma through our online program. Additionally, you will be reigniting the academic journeys of previous Student Choice students, rekindling their aspirations, and guiding them back on the path to success by re-enrolling them in our online program.
With a focus on ensuring a smooth and stress-free enrollment experience, you will provide personalized support and expert guidance throughout the enrollment process.
In this role, you will be a champion for adult students, ensuring:
- Remote work success: You masterfully manage your time, communicate effectively, and collaborate seamlessly in a virtual environment.
- Enrollment expertise: You understand the adult learner journey and possess the skills to nurture it, from initial contact to enrollment and beyond.

- Technology savvy: You confidently navigate Google Suite and other tools to manage data, collaborate, and keep workflows efficient.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual with excellent oral and written skills in both English and Spanish.
- General office and customer service experience
- Strong grasp of Google Suite: Shared Drive, Sheets, Docs, Email, Calendar
Desirable:
- Associate’s or Bachelor Degree.
- Experience in an educational setting
- Experience with administrative assisting
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
Must have or be able to obtain an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work.
