Imagine Apparel Inc is a locally owned business servicing a Business to Business client base in the garment/apparel industry. We provide garment design/decoration services both screen printing and embroidery to graphic designers and marketing organizations servicing a wide list of corporate clients.

We are seeking a detail oriented customer service representative who has the communication skills required to work with customers over the phone and by email with a focus on the total customer experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Order Entry
  • Customer communication by phone and email
  • Artwork approval
  • Quotes
  • Customer Follow Up
  • Receiving of blank garments and matching them with orders
  • Other general office duties

Full Time Position

M-F 8a - 4:30p

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
