Summary of Responsibilities

Full-time Receptionist will collaboratively facilitate with peer the day-to-day operations of our front office. High enthusiasm is necessary to ensure that all guests and colleagues are made to feel welcome in our fast-paced office. Receptionist is polished, outgoing and able to communicate professionally with a wide variety of individuals.

Primary Duties

  • Responsible for opening and closing office; ensure doors are locked and windows are closed
  • Front desk ambassador: greets and welcomes guests, directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of guest arrival
  • Handles all incoming and outgoing mail; signs for deliveries
  • Assists with catering arrangements and maintaining the daily lunch count
  • Maintains appearance of kitchen, office supply rooms, conference rooms and common areas in the San Francisco office; ensuring tidiness and organization
  • Orders kitchen and office supplies for San Francisco office
  • Assists with facilities requests through direct communication with building management and Facilities Coordinator; attends vendor meetings as requested
  • Offers assistance and performs floating assignments to administrative staff as requested and as approved by Supervisor

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of relevant office experience required
  • Punctual and dependable, reporting promptly for shift
  • Exemplary customer service orientation with proactive follow through
  • Discretion toward all confidential information and high-profile guests
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with well-established team and be a team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Google Docs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 /year
