We are looking for the right person to handle our everyday activities: collections from Quickbooks, estimates and invoicing typed from Quickbooks, UPS shipments, and learning the sign business by placing orders with the factory on-site. We have a busy, repeat client base which requires answering phones and taking down names and phone numbers or handling the customers needs. Some filing and ordering of supplies. Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:ooam to 4:00pm

Lucidity Signs, a 30 year old company, still growing, needs a reliable, organized office assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work and learn the Sign business. If you have worked in a fast paced office in the past, we're excited to talk with you. We're looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed.

Lucidity Signs is located in the Bronx. We survey, design, fabricate and install residential and commercial signage.
