1. Develop and implement strategies for the recruitment of outstanding talents in order to contribute to the business performance.
2. 2. Set recruitment policies, standards and processes and hire and appoint outstanding talents who meet those standards to the required business organization, thereby reinforce the human resource competitiveness.
Role and Responsibilities

Role Purpose:
We are looking for a Recruiter for Samsung Electronics Home Appliances America, LLC. (SEHA). We want to work with a Recruiter who has a 360 degree recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attract candidates to interviewing and hire great employees.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Network with the industry contacts, associated memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the process is transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
Coordinate and implement initiatives to recruit recent college graduates
Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time with or without notice
Skills

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or recruiting agency)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (constructive, competency-based)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference reviews)
Ability to carry out skills assessment (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests)
Familiarity with HR database, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Qualifications

5+ years of related experience, including learning development creation and delivery
Desire to grow and take on additional responsibilities within a fast-growing company
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
Experience with e-learning platforms
Excellent PC software skills, including MS office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Leadership development experience in a related field
Ability to transfer concepts into meaningful learning experiences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience in related field is preferred
