Essential Job Functions
- Effective collaboration with instructional designers, content writers, and developers in a group setting during the creation of elearning courses.
- Integrate with and support an established development workflow consisting of 4 functional categories of expertise:
- Content Storyboarding
- Visual Asset Development
- HTML-based Animation
- Web-based Programming
Requirements for Success
- Bachelor's degree in graphics design, UI/UX, or related field OR comparable work experience
- Experience working in Adobe Create Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a group environment

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with timeline animation
- Background in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in elearning courseware development
- Experience working with an LMS
- Knowledge of instructional design concepts and adult learning theory
- Effective presentation skills
