The Opportunity: As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team of Digital Marketing Coordinators. In this role, you’ll oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of digital campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals. We’re seeking a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot based on client needs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all campaigns are optimized and delivered on time, while also staying ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices. As a Digital Marketing Manager at MediaBrush, you’ll thrive if you possess a natural drive to think critically and independently solve challenges. We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who’s passionate about finding innovative ways to optimize digital strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate the digital marketing team to ensure timely completion of monthly services and projects.
- Monitor and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, and programmatic campaigns to meet client KPIs.
- Direct monthly reporting for clients using tools like Google Analytics and TapClicks.
- Support new business development by providing strategic insights and market research.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, adopting new strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for client requests, summarizing findings to drive decision-making.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust campaigns for success.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, always seeking new opportunities to innovate and push boundaries.
- A critical thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivation and accountability to see projects through from conception to execution.

- Meta Blueprint Certifications
- Familiarity with TapClicks, Asana, and project management tools
