Position Responsibilities/Requirements
Sales Executive - Associate (Entry Level)

Entry-level professional role within FIS sales organization. Positions available include business development, sales associate and sales enablement roles. Candidates would work collaboratively with sales management, sales executives and/or strategic account managers to help achieve the team's sales goals and objectives. Support prospecting, nurturing, & developing key relationships with clients and/or prospects in markets FIS serves through our portfolio of software and services.

Business Development:
Manage a high volume of outbound call prospecting for new business opportunities
Articulate the value proposition of the solution set to prospective customers
Collaborate with Account Managers & New Business Sales Reps, where applicable, and assistance on assigned target marketing campaigns
Work with the assigned Sales VP, Sales Associates and Marketing to increase revenue attainment within region
Track all related activities and relevant information using excel and within the CRM tool
Develop a sales pipeline to ensure continued meeting of team revenue targets
Attain individual activity targets including outbound calls and scheduled meetings
Assist in the implementation of new campaigns and contribute to productivity reporting /metrics
Responsible for assisting in territory development to include use of tools like Avention, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Data.com, Google Alerts, Marketo as well as other associated applications
Assist in territory opportunity creation through use of e-mail, social selling and telephone
Responsible for staying abreast of news and updates regarding FIS business, products and markets served
Assist in facilitating RFP and RFI responses from Presales and Product Management, MS Dynamics CRM logging & tracking and prospect list creation
Ensure marketing materials are ordered and stocked, assist in preparation for tradeshows
Provide regular reporting and progress on assigned tasks and Key Performance Indicators

Sales Associate:
Works jointly with season sales professionals to help team achieve assigned annual sales quota
Supports the sales manager and team who act as primary liaison between client/prospect and FIS and understands client's needs, including financial expectations and restrictions
Assists in development and execution of account plans to ensure continued revenue growth from account base
Participates and assists in preparation of territory reviews for management providing information on assigned client base
Gains product and industry knowledge including various solutions, market strategies, and competitive intelligence
Assists in preparation of proposals to clients - utilizing FIS resources and tools
Assists in structuring deals that meet client expectations and FIS' ability to deliver
Works with sales manager and team to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management as well as accurate content and certification of information in client database for assigned clients
Assists in escalations of client issues and concerns
Assists in planning and facilitating client meetings in collaboration with marketing resources
Prepares client meeting summaries, documents and ensures completion of action items
Actively participates in educational sessions and experiences to gain knowledge and build expertise around the banking industry, FIS, sales and account management best practices, sales tools and resources and professional skills.

Sales Enablement:
Work with Sales Team, Marketing, and various business lines to identify and execute campaigns and/or initiatives to support sales goals.
Plan and coordinate all aspects of non-technical projects from initiation through delivery.
Ensures requirements for internal projects align to operational standards and sales goals. Develop alternate requirements or document exceptions as appropriate.
Develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
Identify needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.
Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope.
Assign and monitor work of project team, providing analytical support and direction.
Manage project risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.
May manage the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks and track and review vendor/subcontractor deliverables, if appropriate for the project.
Serve as liaison between sales organizations as well as other adjacent internal stakeholders to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.
Deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to business groups in FIS and/or in client organizations.
Conduct project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement.
Identify project management coordination gaps or areas for improvement and recommends and implements solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
Displays good written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrates strong computer skills including a good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Additional skills, knowledge, and experience may be required based on the type of functions the incumbent will perform.
