Executive Assistant

DeMarche - Kansas City, MO

Full-timeEstimated: $50,000 - $67,000 a year

We’ve been around for 44 years and we’re proud of our longevity. We attribute much of our success to the people who work for our team. The top three things we love are satisfied clients, problem solving that leverages the talents of several colleagues working together, and, of course, investments/markets analytics. We are a team of multiple talents, technically savvy and highly confident in our purpose. If this sounds like you—experienced, self-reliant, and dependable, then we want to speak with you.

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to join our talent team. EA’s are masterful administrative problem solvers, multi-taskers who work with a sense of urgency, quick to produce favorable end results, and strong collaborators and communicators.

EA’s typically have at least three years of administrative work in a high-paced environment, the ability to work overtime and willingness to travel about 10 days per year. A college degree in finance, economics, business or mathematics is desired, but a combination of education and work experience in financial services may be substituted.

Let’s talk further if you are able to demonstrate to us the following:

  • If you have earned a Microsoft Office Specialist Expert Certificate.
  • Demonstrated team player.
  • Organization and execution of large projects with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Embrace collaboration with department and product experts.
  • Rational reasoning for problem solving on a technical project.
  • Responsibility and Accountability are words in your vocabulary.

Preference is given to local candidates as relocation is not provided. It is our preference to fill the position without delay. You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
