Managed IT Support/Network Engineer

We are a premier Managed IT Services, Managed Unified Communcations and Cloud services hosting provider.

We are looking for technicians/engineers who enjoy working with a variety of modern technologies. Must have 2 plus years of experience in Microsoft cloud services including Office 365, Sharepoint, OneDrive, SMB Networking, Desktop support, voip, Linux/Debian/Ubuntu and web development.

Responsibilities include onsite/remote client installs, troubleshooting, consulting, on IT solutions. This includes cloud migrations, computers upgrades, firewalls/router/switches/wifi and security setup.

Must be able to work independently and utilize standards bases IT practices.

Required Expertise Troubleshooting and Installing:

  • Desktops Windows 7/8/10, Apple OS and Apple iOS
  • Microsoft Office365, Business 365, Outlook
  • Firewalls/Switches/Wifi (SonicWALL, Meraki, TP-link, ASUS, TUCKUS, Cisco, Ubiquity)
  • VOIP/SIP Solutions
  • Fluently speak English without hesitation
  • Articulate your work to the client in non-technical terms
  • Interact with clients of various technical skills
  • Keep accurate records of your time and services provided
  • Adapt to a rapidly changing environment

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
