The primary purpose for this position is to provide in-depth customer service to retailers as well as internal customers on the TEL’s gaming systems. Duties include, but are not limited to: operating computer terminal, researching and processing requests, monitoring reports and performing other tasks as assigned by the Director of Retailer Sales and Operations or Management.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma (or GED) required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
Three or more years of customer service or related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Must have excellent customer service skills, as well as good oral communication skills.

SALARY RANGE: $26,000 - $40,000 BASED ON EXPERIENCE
