Partner with Latin American countries in the development of business opportunities and sales kits for local commercial teams to strategically communicate new technologies and business focus of ARP.
Strategic Growth Engine
In charge of analyzing market trends for each segment and country context to focus direction of marketing strategy, while also communicating constantly with customers and Commercial teams locally for latest updates.
Identify, define and prioritize segments for growth.
Lead the development of local and regional strategies for selected segments by building Play-to-Win canvas with detailed segmentation on where-to-play and specifics on the how-to-win with our value proposition.
Measure results and impact of campaigns
Strategic Commercial Plan
Accelerate ARP’s growth agenda by recognizing and anticipating a proactive plan based on diverse customer needs.
Support the Commercial Excellence agenda by strengthening the interaction with the Latin American countries and unlock new business opportunities.
Sales Tool Kits
Develop sales tool kits for the target market segments to facilitate strategic communication and process alignment.
Sales Kits will include market segmentation details, product size, key buying factors, industry structure, details on Cost to Produce (CTP’s), sourcing partners and product development roadmap.
Define the marketing strategy to provide periodic updates on market insights and news related to our suppliers, customers, technology innovation, product innovation and market trends.
Internal and External Communications
Lead the internal and external communication strategy for ARP Latin America by developing content for Market Update Bulletins and ad-hoc communications.
Lead the external communication strategy with Public Relations agencies to inform about product launches and industry news.
Work closely with design agencies on internal and external communications material.
Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or related field Strategic consulting experience is a plus
Masters’ degree in International Business, preferred
8-12 years of experience in progressive marketing roles
