Operations & Logistics Administrative Assistant

The O&L Assistant, under general supervision, performs a variety of operations and inventory tasks.
Act as back-up receptionist for Andover facility
Scan packaging shop orders (PSOs) to the server and link to the corresponding closed PSO in Navision
Scan production jobs to the server and link to the corresponding closed production job in Navision
Print documentation for sales orders
Includes, but is not limited to: pick ticket, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheets, and Safety Labels
Scan COAs/SDSs/related shipping documents for international orders
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be required
Answer telephone calls and direct them to appropriate staff member(s)
Greet guests upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate staff member(s)
High School Diploma. Associate Degree or equivalent preferred
Solid computer, organization, and communication skills; the ability to follow tasks through to completion; detail orientation; and the ability to multitask and meet multiple and changing deadlines
Friendly, courteous demeanor
