Corporate Information Technology Corporate Applications Team.
Responsible for all technical tasks involved with SharePoint, web-based, and client-server applications in direct support of various Corporate departments. This individual performs multiple operational and project tasks. Individual will be required to gather requirements, design, develop, test, install and configuration software for various technologies. This individual is customer-facing and provides post-implementation system monitoring and technical support.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides application support for application users; problem solving; developing solutions; performance monitoring and improvement; change management; system management; on-call support.
Application development/support/administration includes gathering requirements, design, development, installation, testing, configuration updates, deployments and changes in multiple environments.
Collaborates with architecture, security, business and IT stakeholders.
Provides business assessment of all enhancement requests for developed or purchased solutions.
Provides technical resolutions to system issues
Responsible for the development, management, maintenance, performance and issue resolution of batch processes where applicable.
Able to conduct successful knowledge transfer sessions with the team
Estimates work efforts and prioritizes workload with manager.
Performs troubleshooting, investigation and resolution of issues affecting system or application performance
Supports customers by understanding data and business processes impacting the application.
Perform the agreed- on action plans achieve individual metrics and team goals.
