Influencer Marketing Coordinator – OPI

The Influencer Marketing Specialist role will actively support the Influencer Marketing lead on all reactive and proactive influencer marketing initiatives. This role requires an experienced self-starter with a positive solution-oriented mindset, that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will possess stellar organization skills with a high level of attention to detail, as responsibilities will include various event logistics and administrative duties.

Efficiently communicate with cross-functional teams and outside agencies as a first-in-line resource for retrieving and providing PR related materials.
Act as a conduit to gain information and facilitate media interviews in a timely manner between media outlets, PR agencies, and the OPI education team.
Support meetings for the influencer marketing lead with influencers and magazines for earned media opportunities.
Draft and edit documents such as launch calendars, ROS, agendas, one-sheeters, and must possess strong presentation and deck (PowerPoint) creation skills.
Experienced with using Google Docs, and platforms Teamwork and Tribe Dynamics.
Coordinate mass press mailings, shipments, and messengers.
Lead in booking OPI nail techs for media shoots, press, and red-carpet events.
Review online publications to identify brand-relevant media coverage, including competitive market and industry information.
Ability to articulate upcoming product launches and innovations and contribute to brand brainstorms with creative ideas.
Manage aspects of event launches, coordinating and onsite execution.
Administrative support including expense reports, budgets, invoices, clerical tasks, scheduling and coordinating meetings, etc.

BA/BS degree (Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or similar discipline), equivalent work experience, or agency experience.
Industry knowledge of top fashion/beauty blogs, websites, industry magazines and follows celebrity pop culture.
3 – 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations and/or advertising.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong editing skills.
Must have a functional understanding of all media platforms – digital, traditional and social.
Strong admin, analytical, research and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related software skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the Beauty or Cosmetics industries or agency experience.
