Position Summary - Support Project Managers & Project Engineers within Engineering Dept. Construction office environment experience preferable.

Duties:

Prepare proposals, billing, subcontractor agreements, change order requests.

Enter vendor invoices for payment.

Assist with routine data entry, copy requests, filing, etc.

Manage markouts.

Maintain records and files.

Qualifications:

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work.

Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office - Strength in Excel a must.

Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Plan reading a plus.
