We are currently looking for a Full Time Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.

This position can work remotely, in Anaheim, CA, Salt Lake City, UT or Alameda, CA.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team! As a key member of our team you will lead the candidate experience to ensure that the sourcing, recruiting, offer, onboarding and communication processes run smoothly contributing to a positive candidate experience.

This position is responsible for finding, souring, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill WorkCare’s hiring needs.

Participate in the design and implementation of overall recruitment strategy
Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
Write and post job descriptions on career websites
Source candidates by using databases and social media
Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates skills as needed
Conduct phone, tele-conference and/or in-person interviews
Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
Prepare new hire paperwork
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
Attend job fairs and careers events
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates throughout the candidate’s lifecycle from initial contact to start date
Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruitment plans and strategies
Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
Use multi-channel approach to recruit
Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
Performs additional duties and assumes additional responsibilities as identified by supervisor for the efficient operation of WorkCare

B.A./B.S. in Human Resources, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience
3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in healthcare industry a plus
Experience with an ATS system
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
Demonstrated ability to source candidates at all levels within an organization
Leverages recruiting resources such as the internet, internal applicant referrals, career fairs, professional organizations, etc. to identify, recruit and network for candidates
Ability to evaluate job applicants according to listed job requirements and conduct interviews by phone or in person
Ability to build and foster effective relationships internally and externally
Develop and maintain professional relationships with college career centers and staff
Proven organizational skills and the ability succeed in an environment with competing demands, high volume and a fast-paced environment
Understand aspects of compensation and can work with stakeholders and candidates to create offers which are compelling and aligned with internal procedures
A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
Must be able to adjust and is flexible to meet changing work needs and demands
Must have a strong customer focus, a demonstrated ability to work within a team of service-oriented individuals and a passionate commitment for extraordinary levels of service quality and customer satisfaction
Must have the ability to maintain a professional approach with others in job-demanding, multitasking and/or project support situations
